Nathan Graham
With over ten years of clinical experience, Nathan brings a practical, whole-person approach to physiotherapy. He’s particularly interested in how daily habits—exercise, sleep, nutrition, stress, and movement—shape pain and recovery, and combines this big-picture thinking with hands-on manual therapy, dry needling, myofascial cupping and personalised rehabilitation programs to manage pain, enhance mobility and support overall wellbeing.
Grounded in evidence-based practice and his background in Clinical Science (Osteopathy) and Physiotherapy, Nathan adapts his methods to the individual. He brings lifestyle medicine into play to create lasting change, and mitigate chronic inflammation and disease.
When he’s not with patients or doing paperwork you’ll find him surfing, running, hiking or spending time with family and friends.
