Dr Koko Wozniak

Dr Koko Wozniak graduated from UWA in 2016 and spent most of her medical career in the Northern Territory practising intensive care medicine, emergency medicine, and anaesthetics. She recently took the jump into rural and remote generalism after working in the paediatric ICU at Perth Children’s Hospital and taking time off to pursue an interest in diving.

She is a current trainee of the Australian College of Rural and Remote Medicine (and College of Intensive Care Medicine) and is excited to learn more about preventative and chronic illness management.

Her special interests include:

  • Rural and remote medicine
  • Indigenous health
  • Emergency and critical care medicine
  • Mental health
  • Women’s health
  • Children’s health

Outside of work she is learning how to surf and will spend any opportunity trying to find octopuses and sea dragons.
